I specialize in treating adolescents and adults 16 and over using treatment approaches such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma treatments including prolonged exposure (PE), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). My interests and areas of expertise include evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety disorders (Exposure and Response Prevention), emotion dysregulation, trauma, relationship issues, career and academic goals, and adjusting to life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with the perinatal/postpartum population including those struggling with postpartum OCD, depression, anxiety, anger, fertility challenges, perinatal loss, and adjusting to parenthood.

As a licensed psychologist, I am passionate about helping my clients build a life worth living that is full of purpose and meaning. I help my clients explore their values, and set goals that are in line with what is important to them. I encourage and help my clients navigate challenges, take risks, increase tolerance of difficult emotions, and learn/practice skills that increase their well-being and self-esteem.
