  • What to expect from therapy
    Sessions are typically 45 minutes long, however, sessions may be longer depending on individual needs/ treatment approach. The first few sessions will consist of information gathering, building a relationship, individualizing a treatment plan, and establishing short and long term goals in therapy. If progress is steady and you feel that goals are being met, we can discuss reducing therapy to biweekly or even monthly sessions.
  • Do you take insurance?
    While I do not participate with any insurance panels, I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with invoices that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits and how much your deductible is.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Sessions that are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full. If you would like to reschedule for a different day/time of the week, I will do my best to accommodate your request.
  • How do I know if you are a good fit for me?
    I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your treatment goals. This is a good opportunity to ask me questions about my treatment approach and therapy style.
