"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do."

-Brene Brown

Over the past 11+ years, I’ve worked in a range of clinical settings, including private practice, outpatient clinics, public schools, and community mental health centers.

My approach combines warmth, humor, and collaboration with evidence-based care. I aim to help clients gain insight, build effective coping tools, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

I specialize in reproductive and maternal mental health, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and fertility struggles, as well as the emotional transitions and identity shifts that come with motherhood. I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves while building a life that feels aligned, sustainable, and meaningful.

In addition to my private practice, I completed advanced clinical training at CBT/DBT Associates in New York City, where I worked with adolescents and adults managing OCD, anxiety, and complex emotion regulation issues. I’ve also provided supervision to graduate-level trainees and led therapy groups in schools and community clinics. I provide workshops on talks on topics such as perinatal mental health and DBT skills.

Outside of my work, I’m a mom of two and know firsthand the beautiful chaos that can come with parenting. I stay grounded through movement and creativity—tennis, dance, yoga, and singing are my go-to ways to recharge. Balancing work, family, and self-care isn’t always easy, but I believe showing up for ourselves in small, meaningful ways is part of the practice. These values shape both how I live and how I support my clients.
